Arrive in Geneva, Switzerland

Orientation Walking Tour - The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc. Additionally, an in-depth safety briefing will be provided for what to do incase of an emergency

Old Town Historical & Cultural Walking Tour - Place Neuve, Reformation Wall, St Peter’s Cathedral, City Hall, Place du Molard, the Flower Clock and more of picturesque Old Town. 

Welcome Dinner - The group will be taken for an authentic dinner with a wide variety of menu options to cater all diets.

Train to Montreux (Approx. 1 hour)

Chillon Castle and Wine Tasting -  The beautiful Chateau de Chillon castle dates back to the 12th century and can be seen from the promenade of Montreux. So it’s been standing like a rock for almost 1000 years. However, some excavations show that this castle had been inhabited since the Bronze Age.

Chocolate Walking Tour - Experience one-of-a-kind, award-winning chocolate creations. You’ll visit some of the city’s best artisanal chocolateries – from traditional to modern- and experience chocolate in all shapes and forms.

During the tour you will learn the secrets of the origins and manufacturing of chocolate, as well as the history of Swiss chocolate. You will experience Geneva’s most important tradition – breaking the chocolate “marmite” (cauldron).

Lunch Break

Guided Tour of United Nations Office - Discover the Human Rights Room, the Salle des Pas Perdus, the Assembly Hall, the Council Chamber, a film on the UN's activities and objectives and donations from different countries to the institution. The guides will talk about current UN activities and the history of the Palais des Nations.

 "Noël au Quai" Geneva Christmas Market - Here, right on the lakeshore, people from Geneva and guests from all over the world come together to shop for Christmas presents, eat and celebrate. Several dozen street food stalls invite you to sample local and international delicacies.

Day Trip to Gruyères 

Train Transfer to Gruyères 

La Maison du Gruyère - The show dairy, which was opened in 1969, is located in Pringy near Gruyères, at the foot of the castle hill. Here you get to know everything about the production of Le Gruyère AOP cheese, a process richly steeped in tradition that has been passed on from generation to generation.

Castle of Gruyères -  Dating back to the 13th century, the castle is now a museum covering eight centuries of regional architecture, history and culture, and sits amidst a wonderfully scenic panorama. 

HR Giger Museum -  Surreal paintings & sculptures by the artist known for the "Alien" movies, set in a medieval castle. The museum houses the artist's most important pictures and sculptures from 1960 to the present day.

Maison Cailler -  The visitor trail provides a complete immersion into the brand, history and products of Cailler of Switzerland.
