Orientation Walking Tour - The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc. Additionally, an in-depth safety briefing will be provided for what to do incase of an emergency. 

Welcome Dinner - The group will be taken for an authentic dinner with a wide variety of menu options to cater all diets.

Delta Works Visit - Including also the Neeltje Jans island, is a massive flood defense system in the Netherlands. Neeltje Jans serves as a critical hub within this system, featuring sluices, dams, and an informative visitor center detailing the project's engineering marvels.

Shell Refinery & Hidrogen Visit - It is one of Europe's largest oil refineries, occasionally offers guided tours. Visitors can learn about the refining process and the facility's advanced technologies. 

The Shell Hydrogen site is dedicated to producing and distributing hydrogen fuel, a clean energy alternative that emits only water vapor when used. These sites support the transition to sustainable energy by supplying hydrogen for fuel cell vehicles and other applications, helping to reduce carbon emissions.

Harbor Cruise -Experience Amsterdam from a completely different perspective: rugged, spacious, and industrial in some areas. Recently, many new buildings have been erected on both sides of the IJ. Beyond that, on the south side, you’ll catch a glimpse of the silhouette of the old city center. The northern shore offers an interesting mix of industry, cultural venues, office buildings, residential areas, and hospitality venues.

The harbor is the largest harbor in the world for the import of cacao.

Chocolate Makers Visit - Chocolate Makers Amsterdam is a local artisanal chocolate company known for its sustainable and ethical production practices. They create high-quality chocolates & cacao using organic ingredients, with a focus on fair trade and environmentally friendly methods. Because Amsterdam is so big on importing cacao it is a nice link to the harbor visit.
