Day 1 – Departure – Wednesday, May 11
- Depart Home for Rome, Italy
Day 2 – Rome – Thursday, May 12
- Arrive in Rome, Italy

- Orientation Walking Tour – The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc.
- Historical & Cultural Walking Tour of Rome – Bernini’s Ecstasy, 4 Fountains Crossroad, Quirinale, Trevi Fountain & Spanish Steps.
Day 3 – Rome – Friday, May 13

- Vatican Museum & St. Peter’s Basilica – The museum displays works from the immense collection amassed by popes throughout the centuries including several of the most renowned Roman sculptures and most important masterpieces of Renaissance art in the world. The museums contain roughly 70,000 works, of which 20,000 are on display.
- Castel Sant’Angelo – Known as Hadrian’s Tomb, the Castel Sant’Angelo is a fortress located on the right bank of the Tiber, a short distance from the Vatican City.

- Medici Palace and Chapels – The first Palace of the Medici family, a masterpiece of the early renaissance architecture, is known for Benozzo Gozzoli’s frescoes in the Magi Chapel. The Medici Chapels were built as extensions to San Lorenzo’s church, with the purpose of celebrating the Medici family, patrons of the church and Grand Dukes of Tuscany. They include Michelangelo’s Sagrestia Vecchia and the Prince Chapel with the tombs of the most important members of the Medici family.Â

- Day Trip to San Gimignano – San Gimignano is an Italian hill town in Tuscany. Encircled by 13th-century walls, its old town centers on Piazza della Cisterna, a triangular square lined with medieval houses. It has a skyline of medieval towers, including the stone Torre Grossa. The Duomo di San Gimignano is a 12th-century church with frescoes by Ghirlandaio in its Santa Fina Chapel.

- Rijksmuseum Tour – Visit the Dutch National Museum dedicated to arts and history. The French architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, known for his work in the Louvre, is responsible for the design of the Rijksmuseum galleries. He has designed elegant display cases, plinths, lighting and furniture, and has selected an interior colour scheme inspired by Pierre Cuypers’ palette for the building.

- Day Trip to The Hague and Leiden – Due to its (political) history The Hague has countless historical buildings, palaces, squares and parks. The main station of The Hague was built in 1973 in the style of concrete brutalism and was rebuilt in 2016 by the Dutch architects of Benthem Crouwel. After Amsterdam, Leiden is the city with the greatest number of bridges, canals and moats.
