Day 1 – Departure

Day 3 – Cusco

  • Archaeological Park of Sacsayhuamán Tipon &
  • Pikillacta – The archaeological park of Sacsayhuamán,
    covers approximately 3,000 hectares, and houses exuberant
    Andean flora and fauna, also has extraordinary Inca and
    pre-Inca precincts, archaeological monuments like
    Sacsayhuamán, Qenqo (Kencco), Puca Pucará and
    Tambomachay.
  • Return to Cusco

Day 4 – Ollantaytambo

  • Sacred Valley Excursion – The Sacred Valley of the Incas was
    a crucial area for the Inca empire and it functioned as both an
    agricultural, spiritual and political center for them.

Day 5 – Ollantaytambo

  • Willoq Local Community Visit – Alpaca Farming, Wool
  • Processing & Textile Making – The high Andean community
    Willoq, one of the few villages that still preserve their authentic
    language, food, clothing (weaving and manufacturing their clothes)
    and ancient traditions that are reflected in the daily lives of
    residents.
  • Archeological Park of Ollantaytambo – Ollantaytambo is
    one of the most important towns of the Sacred Valley of the Incas.
    It is the only place that preserves its old Inca urban design.

Day 6 – Santa Teresa

  • Hot Springs Cocalmayo – Take a dip in the hot springs of
    Cocalmayo, enjoy the outdoor swimming pools fed by natural
    hot springs, built between a small mountain full of vegetation
    and the Urubamba River. You will find 3 pools of different sizes
    and depths. Unlike most thermal waters in Peru, it has clear
    waters.
