Itinerary

DAY 01: Depart: Sunday, March 7

  • Depart Home for Munich, Germany

DAY 02: Munich: Monday, March 8

  • Arrive in Munich, Germany
  • Airport Transfer – Check In, Relax & Refresh Orientation Walking Tour –The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc.
  • Welcome Dinner – The group will be taken for an authentic  dinner with a variety of menu options to cater all diets.

DAY 03: Munich: Tuesday, March 9

  • Breakfast & Day Briefing
  • Munich Historical & Cultural Walking Tour –  Karl’s Square, Citizen’s Hall Church, Richard Strauss Fountain, St. Michael’s Church, Asamhof Passage Sendlinger Gate, Rindermarkt, Old Town Hall and more
  • Lunch Break
  • BMW Factory, Plant & Museum – Located in the north of Munich in the immediate vicinity of the Group headquarters, the BMW Museum and BMW Welt has approximately 7,700 employees from over 50 countries on site, 850 of whom are trainees. Every day, around 950 automobiles and more than 3,000 engines are manufactured here.

DAY 04: Stuttgart: Wednesday, March 10

  • Transfer to Stuttgart (approx. 2 hours)
  • Drop Bags
  • Porsche Plant Tour & Museum – A journey back through the history of Porsche in Stuttgart, where you can find some of the most spectacular car museums in the world. Be inspired by over 80 vehicles on our 5,600 square metre exhibition area.
  • Mercedes-Benz Museum & Factory Tour – This factory tour offers you a detailed insight into the fascinating world of major assembly production for state-of-the-art motorcars – from the raw material through to the finished component.

DAY 05: Bologna: Thursday, March 11

  • Breakfast & Day Briefing
  • Airport Transfer
  • Flight – Stuttgart to Bologna
  • Transfer to Place of Accommodation
  • Check-in, Relax & Refresh
  • Bologna Historical & Cultural Walking Tour – Piazza Maggiore, Fountain of Neptune, the Two Towers, the University of Bologna (the oldest in the world).

DAY 06: Bologna: Friday, March 12

  • Breakfast & Day Briefing
  • Lamborghini Museum & Factory (MUDETEC) – The Lamborghini Museum has been updated to become Museum of Technologies, where the iconic models and tour of the production line tell the story of over 50 years of innovation. Mudetec offers the students an interactive experience, also thanks to the new driving simulator that amplifies the thrills and the discovery of the vehicles on display.
  • Lunch Break
  • Ferrari Museum – The Maranello Museum tells the Ferrari story by delving deep into the Prancing Horse’s extraordinary roots and taking visitors on a magnificent journey via its most famous and successful F1 cars, legendary sports prototypes and GTs, and, of course, the road cars that have set the benchmark for the entire car industry.
  • Return to Bologna

DAY 07: Rome: Saturday, March 13

  • Breakfast & Day Briefing
  • Transfer to Rome (approx. 2.5 hours)
  • Free Time in Rome
  • Farewell Dinner & Program Closing

DAY 08: Return: Sunday, March 14

  • Breakfast & Day Briefing
  • Airport Transfer
  • Depart Rome, Italy for Home

Program payments

1st Payment: $500 deposit due (Nov. 7th, 2020) 120 days prior to departure
2nd Payment: $1,215 due (Dec. 6th, 2020) 90 days prior to departure
3rd Payment: $1,215 due (Jan. 6th, 2021) 60 days prior to departure

Payment Policy: The 1st deposit is refundable up to 100 days prior to departure. If the trip is canceled for not reaching the minimum number of participants the deposit will also be refunded.
