Itinerary

DAY 1 – DEPARTURE – Saturday, June 24

  • Depart Home for Prague, Czech Republic

DAY 2 – PRAGUE – Sunday, June 25

  • Arrive in Prague, Czech Republic
  • Airport Transfer
  • Orientation Walking Tour – The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc. Additionally, an in-depth safety briefing will be provided for what to do incase of an emergency. 
  • Prague Old Town Walking tour – Old Town Square & Astronomical Clock, View of Charles Bridge, View of Prague Castle, Rudolfinum – Czech Philharmonic
  • Welcome Dinner – The group will be taken for an authentic Czech dinner with a wide variety of menu options to cater all diets.

DAY 3 – PRAGUE/KRAKOW – Monday, June 26

  • Breakfast & Day Briefing
  • Prague Castle Hill Walking Tour – Prague Castle, Old Royal Palace, the Castle District, St. Vitus’ Cathedral, St. Nicholas’ Church, History of Dukes, Kings and Emperors, St George’s Basilica

  • Night Sleeper Train to Krakow (approx. 6.5 hours)

DAY 4 – KRAKOW – Tuesday, June 27

  • Arrive in Krakow, Poland

  • Krakow Walking Tour – The city which boasts over 1000 years of history. You will see royal beauty of Krakow filled with medieval architecture, beautiful renaissance palaces, and gorgeous churches.

DAY 5 – KRAKOW – Wednesday, June 28

  • Day Trip to Auschwitz Concentration Camp – Auschwitz, also known as Auschwitz-Birkenau, opened in 1940 was the largest of the Nazi concentration and extermination camps.
  • Return to Krakow – Free Time in Krakow

  • Explore Zakopane Town – Zakopane is a lovely town situated at the foothills of the majestic High Tatras.

DAY 7 – ZAKOPANE – Friday, June 30

  • Tatra Mountains Hike or Traditional Rafting (optional) – The High Tatras mountains are situated in the northern part of Slovakia, on the border with Poland. In 1949 it was declared to be the first Slovak national park (TANAP) and in 1993 it was together with the polish part of the Tatras mountains declared by the UNESCO to be the “Biospheric reservation of the Tatras”.

DAY 8 – BUDAPEST – Saturday, July 1

  • Transfer to Poprad, Slovakia – Poprad is a city at the foot of Slovakia’s High Tatras Mountains. It’s known as a gateway to Tatras National Park.
  • Transfer to Budapest, Hungary

DAY 9 – BUDAPEST – Sunday, July 2

Payments Schedule

150 days prior to departure $500 is due and payable by January 28, 2022.
90 days prior to departure, the second payment in the amount of $895 is due and payable by March 29, 2022.
60 days prior to departure, the third and final payment in the amount of $895 is due and payable by April 28, 2022.

Payment Policy: The 1st deposit is refundable up to 100 days prior to departure. If the trip is canceled for not reaching the minimum number of participants the deposit will also be refunded.
