Itinerary
Day 1 – Departure
- Depart Home for Tokyo, Japan
Day 2 – Tokyo
- Arrive in Tokyo, Japan
- Airport Transfer & On-ground Briefing
Orientation Walking Tour – The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc. - Welcome Dinner – The group will be taken for an authentic Japanese dinner with a variety of menu options to cater all diets.
Day 3 – Tokyo
- Breakfast & Day Briefing
- Historical & Cultural Tour of Tokyo – Imperial Palace, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Metropolitan Government Building, Meiji Shinto Shrine and more…
- Lunch Break
- Tokyo National Museum – This famous museum houses the largest collection of Japanese artifacts and artworks in the world. With over 100,000 pieces and room to display only 4,000, exhibits are rotated constantly.
- Structured Free Time & Cultural Immersion
Day 4 – Tokyo
- Breakfast & Day Briefing
- Train to Saitama (approx. 30 mins)
- Automotive Factory Visit – Saitama Factory is responsible for leading automobile production around the world. Every associate at each of these plants is dedicated to producing the finest automobiles through communication and teamwork. The group will have a guided tour of the factory and learn about integrated production of the engines, vehicle assembly and painting, engine mounting, and inspection of finished vehicles.
- Return to Tokyo (approx. 30 mins)
Day 5 – Tokyo

- Senso-ji Shrine – Experience the story of the oldest temple in Tokyo, and the people of Japan.
- Lunch Break
- Kappabashi Dori – Replica Foods Workshop – Back in the Showa period a man named Takizo Iwasaki decided to form a company to make replica food. In 1932 he opened a factory in Osaka and it became the largest food display company in Japan. During this workshop students will get to make their own replica food with the help of the professionals.
Day 6 – Tokyo

Edo Tokyo Museum – Experience the story of the oldest temple in Tokyo, and the people of Japan.
Day 7 – Yokohama
- Breakfast & Day Briefing
Travel to Yokohama (approx. 45 mins)
Automotive Plant & Museum Tour – At Yokohama plant, you can see the mass-production engines alongside the production line. Additionally a recently-renovated guest hall and engine museum with highlights. At Global Headquarter gallery, you can see the various car models line-up. - Lunch Break
- Cup Noodle Museum – The concept of the Cup Noodles Museum is “creative thinking”. At this interactive museum dedicated to the inventor of Cup Noodles, Momofuku Ando, you will learn about the revolutionary business idea and how it became an international success.
- Chicken Ramen Factory Workshop
- Return to Tokyo
Day 8 – Tokyo

- Megaweb Toyota – In the Toyota City Showcase, explore Toyota’s initiatives for helping to realize the mobile society of the future through fun-filled exhibits and hands-on experiences of next-generation technology.
- You can even test drive Toyota’s new models over a special course.

- Tea Ceremony Experience – This special ceremony provides an unforgettable opportunity to learn the Japanese art of tea!
