Itinerary

DAY 1 – DEPARTURE – Friday,  June 21 

Depart Home for Rome, Italy

 

DAY 2 – ROME – Saturday, June 22 

Arrive in Rome, Italy
Orientation Walking Tour – The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc. Additionally, an in-depth safety briefing will be provided for what to do incase of an emergency.

Welcome Dinner at Traditional Pizzeria – The group will be taken for an authentic Italian pizza dinner with a wide variety options to cater all diets. 

 

DAY 3 – ROME – Sunday, June 23  

Breakfast & Day Briefing

Rome Historical & Cultural Walking Tour – Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum, Roman Forum, etc.

Free Time to explore Rome

DAY 4 – ROME – Monday, June 24

Maisonnette Nursery School TBD- Through its Educational Centers La Maisonnette presents itself as a child-friendly trilingual nursery school and kindergarten, and it carries out its educational activities in English, French and Italian.

Lunch Break

Montessori Children’s Home TBD – Maria Montessori’s method is famous worldwide: “Help me do it by myself”. The fist Montessori school (Casa dei Bambini) was opened in Rome in 1907. Since then, this successful method has spread. You’ll have the opportunity to get introduced to the Montessori approach where it started. 

 

DAY 5 – ROME/FLORENCE – Tuesday, June 25

Historical & Cultural Walking Tour of Florence – Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, Piazzale Michelangelo, Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore etc.

Payment Schedule

150 days prior to departure $500 per person is due and payable by January 23, 2024

90 days prior to departure, the second payment in the amount of 50% of the remaining amount is due and payable by March 23, 2024.

60 days prior to departure, the third and final payment in the amount of the remaining amount is due and payable by April 22, 2024.
