Itinerary
Day 1 – Departure
- Depart Home for Florida
- Arrival in Orlando, Florida – Airport Transfer
- Check-in, Relax & Refresh
- Orientation Walking Tour – The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc.Â
- Welcome Dinner – The group will be taken for a dinner with options to cater all diets.
Day 2 – Orlando
- Breakfast & Day Briefing
- Historical & Heritage Tour of Orlando – Visit the Cornell Fine Arts Museum, located on this historic Rollins College Campus to see selections from a collection that includes more than 5,000 works of art spanning hundreds of years, including European Old Masters and modern and contemporary American art. Take a tour of Hannibal Square Heritage Center. The Hannibal Square Heritage Center pays tribute to its community through a permanent collection of photographs and documented oral histories. Everyday people took the photographs, which are accompanied by simple narratives told in the words of the community members.

- VISIT FLORIDA Tourism Board – VISIT FLORIDA, the state’s official tourism marketing corporation, serves as Florida’s official source for travel planning to visitors across the globe. VISIT FLORIDA is not a government agency, but rather a not-for-profit corporation created as a public/private partnership by the Florida Legislature in 1996.
Day 3 – Orlando

- Wekiwa Springs State Park – Since its discovery in the 1860s, Wekiwa Springs (originally called Clay Springs after the property owner) has been an attraction drawing visitors to the area. With a hotel and bathhouse complex established at the spring in the 1890s, Wekiwa Springs is the first tourist attraction in central Florida, more than 70 years before the opening of Walt Disney World in Florida, if not the state.

Day 4 – Orlando

- HistoryMiami City Tour – HistoryMiami Museum offers educational tour opportunities for people of all ages to learn more about the history of South Florida. This City Tour features walking, bike, boat, and coach tours led by our HistoryMiami Museum tour guides who are prepared to share their expertise on various topics related to Miami and South Florida history and culture.
Day 6 – Miami

- Local Tourism Agency Visit – Learn about the future of tourism and hospitality from professionals. Besides the environment, what other challenges does the industry currently face?
Day 7 – Miami

- Oleta River State Park – Florida’s largest urban park, has over 10 miles of intermediate mountain bike trails and seven miles of trails and paths for beginners. The park’s saltwater lagoon is a popular swimming hole. An on-site outdoor center rents kayaks, paddleboards and canoes while also providing paddleboard yoga sessions, intro to paddle boarding classes and mangrove paddle tours.
