DAY 2 – FLORENCE – Sunday, May 19

Arrive in Florence, Italy

Airport Transfer – Private Bus

Check-in, Relax & Refresh
Orientation Walking Tour – The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc. Additionally, an in-depth safety briefing will be provided for what to do incase of an emergency. 

Welcome Dinner at a Traditional Pizzeria – The group will be taken for an authentic pizza dinner at one of Florence’s authentic pizzerias..


DAY 3 – FLORENCE – Monday, May 20

Florence Walking Tour – Duomo & Museum, Bell Tower, Battistero, Medici Palace, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Rose Garden and more…

Churches of Florence – Santa Croce (Michelangelo and Galileo’s tombs), Santa Maria Novella (Masaccio’s trinity and other renaissance masterpieces) and more…

Optional: Medici Chapels (behind San Lorenzo: where the medicis are buried, designed by Michelangelo); Brancacci Chapel (Florence’s Sistine Chapel – Masaccio’s frescoes) 

DAY 4 – FLORENCE – Tuesday, May 21

Breakfast & Day Briefing 

Galleria dell’Accademia – The Accademia Gallery’s collection includes priceless masterpieces and works of art in its various halls spread over two floors.

Lunch Break at San Lorenzo Market

Bargello National Museum – The National Museum has its setting in one of the oldest buildings in Florence that dates back to 1255. Initially the headquarters of the Capitano del Popolo (Captain of the People) and later of the Podestà, the palace became, in the sixteenth century, the residence of the Bargello that is of the head of the police (from which the palace takes its name) and was used as prison during the whole 18th century.

DAY 5 – FLORENCE – Wednesday, May 22

Uffizi Gallery – The Gallery entirely occupies the first and second floors of the large building constructed between 1560 and 1580 and designed by Giorgio Vasari.

Galileo Museum – The Galileo Museum in Florence hosts a collection dedicated to scientific instruments and the discoveries of the Pisan astronomer.

DAY 6 – PISA/FLORENCE – Thursday, May 23

Day Trip to Pisa (approx. 1 hour)

Piazza dei Miracoli – The Campo dei Miracoli in Pisa, the Square of Miracles in English, was proclaimed a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1987.Since the times of the Etruscans, the three structures found in the piazza have been considered central to religious life, symbolizing the main stages of a human life: the Baptistery represents birth, the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta life and the Camposanto, of course, alludes to death.
Cathedral & Leaning Tower of Pisa – Thanks to a pretty impressive design flaw, the Leaning Tower of Pisa is one of Italy’s most iconic sights. Tilting 3.9 degrees off the vertical, the Romanesque bell tower is horizontally displaced by almost four metres and has one side taller than the other.

DAY 7 – SIENA/FLORENCE – Friday, May 24

Train Transfer to Siena (approx. 1.5 hours)

Historical & Cultural Walking Tour of Siena – Piazza del Campo, Fonte Gaia, The cathedral of Siena, Torre del Mangia, Piccolomini Altar (Michelangelo) & Piccolomini Library (Pinturicchio and Raphael)

Civic Museum – The Museo Civico, the city museum of Siena is situated at the heart of the city, in the first floor of the city hall known as Palazzo Pubblico in the main square of Piazza del Campo.

Payments Schedule

150 days prior to departure $500 per person is due and payable by December 20, 2023.

90 days prior to departure, the second payment in the amount of 50% of the remaining amount is due and payable by February 18, 2024.

60 days prior to departure, the third and final payment in the amount of the remaining amount is due and payable by  March 19, 2024.
