Itinerary

DAY 1 – DEPARTURE – Sunday, May 5 

Depart Home for Vienna, Austria

 

DAY 2 –  VIENNA – Monday, May 6

Arrive in Vienna, Austria

Airport Transfer
Orientation Walking Tour – The group will become oriented with their neighborhood, the public transportation systems, nearby pharmacies, markets, ATMs, etc. Additionally, an in-depth safety briefing will be provided for what to do incase of an emergency. 

Welcome Dinner – The group will be taken for an authentic  dinner with a wide variety of menu options to cater all diets. 

 

DAY 3 – VIENNA – Tuesday, May 7

Breakfast & Day Briefing 

Vienna Historical & Cultural Walking Tour – 

City Hall, Parliament Building, Hero’s Square, Maria Theresien Square, Vienna State Opera and more 

Lunch Break

Museum House of Music – Located in central Vienna, it is an Interactive museum focused on the world of sound and music.

Classical Concert (Venue & Concert TBD)

 

DAY 4 –  VIENNA – Wednesday, May 8

Breakfast & Day Briefing

Kunsthistorisches Museum – This Museum is one of the foremost museums in the world, with rich holdings comprising artworks from seven millennia – from Ancient Egypt to the late 18th century. Among which you can find a collection of Historic Musical Instruments

Lunch Break
Composers Cemetery – The city of Vienna has dedicated honorary tombs to these composers, whose music has become immortal. Visit the place where artists such Beethoven, Brahms, Johann Strauss I and II, and Schubert rest.

DAY 5 –  VIENNA – Thursday, May 9

DAY 6 –  SALZBURG – Friday, May 10

Transfer to Salzburg (approx. 2h30)

Salzburg Historical & Cultural Walking Tour – The birthplace of Mozart has a picturesque Old Town that has been classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is the home of magnificent castles, palaces, and cathedrals.

 

DAY 7 – SALZBURG – Saturday, May 11

Mozart’s Birthplace Museum –  Mozart’s Birthplace Museum Mozart House – W. A. Mozart was born in 1756 in the “Hagenauer Haus” at No. 9 Getreidegasse in Salzburg. Today, Mozart’s Birthplace is one of the most visited museums in Austria and is an absolute highlight, above all for Mozart fans.

DAY 8 – RETURN – Sunday May 12

Train transfer to Vienna international Airport  (approx. 3 h)

This itinerary needs to have a late morning/afternoon or evening flight

Payments Schedule

150 days prior to departure $500 per person is due and payable by December 7, 2023.

90 days prior to departure, the second payment in the amount of 50% of the remaining amount is due and payable by February 5, 2024.

60 days prior to departure, the third and final payment in the amount of the remaining amount is due and payable by March 6, 2024.
